General Information

  • Returns and exchanges of items are available on most purchases. 
  • Special orders and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Selected promotions may state final sale on our website and/or in our advertising.  Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All Items must be returned or exchanged within 60 days of receipt of your purchase.
  • Any and all items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit.
  • Shipping from the customer's address to our address of exchanges and returns is a customer responsibility except for defective items which we offer free returns. Contact us and we will send you a shipping label.
  • We are not liable for lost packages without tracking.
  • We will not accept returns or exchanges of items without their original packaging and labels.

Refunds Time
Once the returned item is received, verified and processed, the original purchase price of your returned item(s) will be credited back to your original form of payment.  Allow approximately two weeks for processing.

Once the returned item is received, we will immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge. Allow approximately two weeks for processing.
